Recommend a friend to Interact Medical and you could earn a monthly bonus
in excess of £3,000 per month!
We’re not kidding, if you know any colleagues/friends that might be interested in short or long-term locum positions, we would like the opportunity of offering them well paid locum placements.

Recommend a doctor to us who isn’t currently registered, and our exclusive Recommendation Bonus Scheme would pay you the following;

• House Officer or Senior House Officer - 0.50p per hour worked
• SPR or Staff Grade - £1.00 per hour worked.
• Associate Specialist or Consultant - £1.50 per hour worked.

We currently have doctors earning a Recommendation Bonus of between
£300 and £3,000 per month.

How does it work?
To give you an example, if you recommend a Consultant to Interact Medical who is looking for full-time work (approximately 50 hours per week), you would be paid a bonus of £300 per month (£3,900 per year). We will continue to pay you the Recommendation Bonus for one year from the date the recommended locum begins employment.

The opportunities are endless
There are absolutely no limits to the number of locums you recommend to us, and no limits to the monthly bonus sums that we will pay out; allowing you a fantastic opportunity to supplement your monthly income. To give you a better idea; if you were to recommend ten Consultants to us who are all able to work on a full-time basis, we would pay you £3,000 per month, or the equivalent of £39,000 per year, (based on a Consultant working 50 hours per week) simply for recommending someone who you know wants locum work!

How will you receive your bonus?
You can choose to receive your monthly bonus payments as PAYE income paid directly into your bank account, or alternatively you can invoice us for the gross amount you wish to be paid through your Ltd Company or self-employed method.

Please note: If you are not currently set up to receive gross payments for any private earnings, we offer an additional service whereby we can arrange for this to be set up for you, this is a really efficient service and takes up very little of your time, in fact over 90% of our current locums and sustentative doctors choose to work on this basis, and find that they can make substantial savings over the course of a year.
