This fundamentals workshop is ideal for those who often find themselves in difficult conversations and would like to improve their ability to keep the dialogue open and progress it towards a useful and positive conclusion.
In this 90-miute fundamentals workshop you will:
- Understand how to prepare for and react to difficult conversations for a positive outcome
- Learn how to manage behaviours, emotions and effectively build rapport
- Practise simple techniques, behaviours and language which help to successfully progress conversations to useful outcomes.
Meet the Trainer
Daryl has always had a drive to push people to achieve their potential, and surrounds himself with other which help him do the same. His time as a commercial manager at Marks & Spencer gave him a great grounding in people management, communication and customer service.
For the past 7 years, Daryl has worked as a FE (Further Education) consultant, supporting collages, businesses and training companies to build teams, design training programmes and deliver bite size workshops through to degree level qualifications. These roles have seen him work with a vast range of individuals from clients of the Jobcentre Plus, through public sector professionals and the high-performance teams of major high street banks.
Drawing from his own experiences Daryl has an engaging and passionate approach to his delivery style and feels it important to signpost how knowledge and theory can be put into practise in the real world.
