Due to rapid growth, we have brand new and exciting opportunities to appoint a Referencing Administrator who will support our compliance team with the preemployment checks of candidates.

What will you be doing as a Reference Administrator?

  • Applying for all candidate pre-employment references via email and telephone
  • Chasing any outstanding candidate pre-employment reference 
  • Saving of all candidate references in a timely and accurate manner onto internal CRM database 
  • Answer inbound calls, from clients, candidates, and referees, always provide excellent customer service and ensure all queries are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.

The person we are looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Driven, hardworking with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft applications

Job Specification

Salary: £18,600 + quarterly bonuses

Working Hours: 09.00 – 18.00
