Due to rapid growth, we have a brand new and exciting opportunity to appoint a Sales Trainer who will responsible for designing and delivering the core training programme for employees at all different experience and tenure levels.

What will you be doing as a Sales Trainer?

  • Designing and delivering the core training programme for staff at all different experience and tenure levels
  • Partnering with the CEO and Sales Director to deliver a bespoke training programme for the company
  • Acquire and maintain outstanding levels of product knowledge and industry awareness.
  • Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline
  • Energise the sales teams to increase their knowledge, confidence, engagement and ultimately their performance.
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available.
  • Working closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity, by means of ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Training needs analysis across the sales teams ensuring learning and development is directly aligned to strategic goals.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-improvement, through means of industry awareness.

The person we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Sales Training Specialist, Corporate Sales Trainer or a similar role
  • Experience gained in medical recruitment is highly desirable
  • Experience with CRM – Eclipse and third party systems – Tempre,LMS,Retinue,NHSP,Brookson,247 and various others is highly desirable
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding coaching and sales skills.

Job Specification

Location:  Milton Keynes (Office based role)

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 plus bonuses based on experience

Working Hours: 09.00 – 18.00 

Terms: Permanent/Full time

Start Date: December 2021/January 2022
