Due to rapid growth, we have brand new and exciting opportunities to appoint a Marketing Manager to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet the agreed company objectives. You will also be responsible for evaluating customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implementing marketing plan alterations as needed.

What will you be doing as Marketing Manager
- Responsible for the marketing of all company services
- Know and understand all social media platforms
- Management of content across all channels – website, emails and social media
- Brand and campaign management
- Demonstrate technical marketing skills
- Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department
- Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
- To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution
- To conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future services
- To develop and implement a company-wide plan to push services, working with all departments for its execution
- To analyse potential strategic partner relationships

Job Specification
The person we are looking for
Minimum of 12 months’ experience Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM) would be advantageous Experience with a Recruitment or Medical company would be advantageous but not essential Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. If applicable, a willingness to travel, proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
